Server log files

Duration of storage

After completion of the contract, the data are initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, then taking into account statutory, especially tax and commercial retention periods and then deleted after the deadline, unless you have agreed to further processing and use.

Rights of the concerned person

You are entitled to the following rights after article 15 to 20 of the DSGVO, if the legal requirements exist: right of information, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, and data portability.

In addition you are entitled according to Art. 21 (1) of the DSGVO the right of objection to the processing and according to Art. 6 (1 f) of the DSGVO the right against the purpose of direct mail.

You have the right according to Art. 77 of the  DSGVO to complain to the supervisory authority, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not legal.

Contradiction against promotional mails

The use of published in the context of the imprint obligation contact information for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby rejected. The operators of the page expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam e-mails.
