Our Technical Service Department is ready to assist you with optimal customer service. The tasks of the PAR Technical Service Team include repairs of defective units, repairs during the warranty period, annual technical safety inspections (STK1) according to section 6 of the German Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV), and biennial technical inspections of measuring systems (MTK2) as mandated by law.
Our Technical Service Team also provides hotline support and assistance with orders of spare parts and blood pressure cuffs.
1 STK (Sicherheitstechnische Kontrolle, Technical Safety Inspection)
The German Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV) requires operators of medical devices to perform periodic inspections of the devices for technical safety.
2 MTK (Messtechnische Kontrolle, Technical Inspection of the Measuring System)
Section 11 of the German Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV) requires biennial technical inspections of the functionality and accuracy of blood pressure monitors employed in professional environments (such as doctors’ offices, hospitals or nursing homes).
